We are working with tinyBuild games as they look for an experienced Community Manager to join them either onsite or on a remote basis from the EU or US.
tinyBuild started as an indie game developer and morphed into a developer and publisher that have released dozens of games, including Hello Neighbour, Graveyard Keeper, SpeedRunners, and more.
They are looking for an individual who will bring new ideas and experience to the team and be able to work in a fast-paced environment on several projects. You’ll join the team of professionals and be able to drive and implement your creative ideas to the best of your ability to achieve the team's goals.
Your responsibilities…
Manage the full cycle of community management for the games you are responsible for, from creating and developing communication strategies, to day-to-day engagement with players via social media and other channels
Work closely with producers on community engagement plans
Create and execute social media campaigns
Keep a close line of communication with players across different channels such as Steam, Discord, and Twitter
Designing creative assets for TikTok and Instagram, record playthroughs for Steam, and host live streams on Twitch
Foster the relationship with a variety of content creators
Assist development teams with regular activities such as dev logs, sentiment analysis, and more
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
Three or more years of experience in the industry in a similar role
Excellent knowledge and understanding of trends and TikTok in general
In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Youtube and Twitch
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Discord and experience communicating with the community on the platform
Experience in dynamic content creation such as TikToks, live streams, and videos
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Extensive knowledge of the video game industry and culture, being a gamer and having a couple of beloved genres
