We’re working with a thriving mobile studio to find an IT technician to join their squad and support the delivery of their highly successful and widely respected mobile games.

You'll manage and develop the studio’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, which is a crucial element and often overlooked role in any development studio.

This is an onsite role.

Your responsibilities…

• Provide first-line support to all internal users, including networking, security, and system troubleshooting

• Manage the studio’s Microsoft 365 stack, Azure cloud-based systems, Windows Server configurations

• Advise on and implement cybersecurity best practices and policies

• Monitor and control the network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and multi-WAN management

• Manage device assets, including PC hardware setup, diagnostics, and mobile device management

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…

• An understanding of Windows and Mac desktop environments

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based technologies

• Knowledge of networking, firewall, and VPN management tools

• Familiarity with cybersecurity processes and technologies

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Comfortable working independently
