We are looking for a passionate Junior Build Engineer on behalf of Deep Silver Dambuster Studios to join their highly talented infrastructure department.

Reporting to and working on tasks set by the Infrastructure Director, you will develop and extend their build pipeline sand provide support and solutions the problems encountered by their teams, often moving between tasks to respond to issues in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities…

• Write clear, maintainable, and decoupled code
• Showcase a desire to learn new skills and build on existing abilities
• Ability to work amongst cross discipline groups in the delivery of shared goals
• Good written and verbal English skills
• Great communication skills, being friendly, open minded, positive, self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take direction

• Strong Python/C# programming skills
• Strong academic background
• Experience of source control software such as Perforce
• Strong 3d maths, software engineering, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand and debug other programmers' code
• Knowledge of C++
• Tools and pipeline development experience
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and JQuery
• Knowledge of frontend web frameworks such as, angular.js react or ember;
• Knowledge of backend frameworks such as node.js;
• Understand the various database solutions available such a MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
