This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in video games, toys, or physical consumer products, particularly within manufacturing, stock management, or distribution environments.
The Role
The Sales & Operations Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of sales and operational processes. The position involves close coordination with manufacturing partners, distribution partners, and internal finance and sales teams. Initially, the role will focus primarily on physical products, with increasing involvement in digital sales support as the business evolves.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams
Upload and manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Track orders from manufacturing through to distribution and delivery
Liaise with manufacturing partners and overseas suppliers
Coordinate manufacturing, purchasing, and shipment procedures
Monitor stock levels and support stock planning for physical products
Liaise with distribution partners and manage ongoing partner communications
Prepare regular sales, stock, and operational reports
Support finance teams with invoicing, credit management, payment tracking, and ensuring suppliers are paid on time
Assist Sales Managers with ordering procedures and commercial administration
Collect and report market and industry information
Over time, support digital sales and operations activity in collaboration with the digital team
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in sales administration, operations, supply chain, or commercial support
Experience working with physical products, manufacturing, or distribution (games, toys, or consumer goods highly desirable)
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident working with Microsoft Excel and operational reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with external partners
Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and financial data
Desirable Experience
Experience within the video games, toys, entertainment, or consumer products industries
Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes
Exposure to digital sales or digital distribution models
