We are working with this special studio as they look for a passionate Lead Game Producer to drive the production of a new and ambitious mobile multiplayer game. 

Their team is composed of senior and talented people from all over the industry and aim to scale upwards throughout the studio’s development stages. This is a unique opportunity for you to shape the project vision and be part of the very early stages of their game.

As a Lead Game Producer at the studio, you will drive the production of a very innovative social multiplayer game, whilst working with executive management team to craft the vision and develop schedules and resource requirements.

Your responsibilities…
  • Manage a backlog together with your teams; setting goals, planning sprints or milestones, and encouraging commitment
  • Report regularly and clearly to stakeholders, highlighting deviations and adjustments to plans
  • Direct relationship management of third party partners
  • Contribute to continually improving the quality of the game, the productivity of teams, and the efficiency of processes
  • Recruit team members and help them grow the studio.
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
  • 8+ years of production experience in development teams
  • Amazing team leadership experience, inspiring high-performing teams
  • Experience through all stages of development; comfortable in both the formative stages of a project through to effective live operation
  • Excellent knowledge of production methodologies and frameworks, coupled with the ability to instil team-based ownership
  • Extremely strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
