As the Football Partnership & Activation Executive, you'll be responsible for maximizing the value of KONAMI’s partner club relationships by executing creative and strategic marketing activations.
You will:
Collaborate with Partner and Activation Managers to execute campaigns that align with KONAMI’s global football strategy.
Deliver insightful post-campaign reports with clear KPI analysis.
Work with regional agencies and clubs to coordinate content production and capture.
Take ownership of Tier 2 partner clubs’ marketing activities, with support from Partnership Managers.
Assist in planning and executing video/photo shoots, events, and matchday activations.
Track activation progress and report regularly on performance.
Represent KONAMI at matches and events, fostering strong relationships with club partners.
Manage ticketing and merchandise inventory for KONAMI Digital Entertainment Europe (KDE-E).
Identify trends and propose enhancements for future partnerships.
Lead approval processes for activation plans in coordination with global HQ and club partners.
Support social media (SNS) operations when required to maintain consistent campaign output.
What you will need:
A keen interest in football and a solid understanding of the sports marketing landscape. An interest in gaming and KONAMI’s eFootball franchise is a bonus.
Experience in campaign planning, production or marketing — bonus points for social media and content creation knowledge.
Ability to design and present activation plans that drive engagement and align with business goals.
Team-first mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Experience working with sports agencies, clubs, or federations is a plus.
Proficiency in English is essential with additional language skills (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese) being highly desirable.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
A proactive, professional attitude with high attention to compliance and detail.
