About the Opportunity
Aardvark Swift is working on behalf of a fast-growing, pop culture-led consumer brand business with a strong presence in the D2C space. Known for bringing iconic entertainment properties to life through unique licensed products and experiences, our client is now looking to scale up their marketing operation with the hire of a talented Growth Marketing Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a creatively driven, high-energy team that’s passionate about innovation and delivering best-in-class customer engagement across multiple digital channels.

The Role
As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility across multiple D2C brands and product categories. You’ll be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of paid media campaigns, influencer and affiliate marketing, and performance optimisation.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll also play a key part in shaping the team and mentoring junior marketers. We’re seeking someone data-savvy, results-oriented, and passionate about performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and lead multi-channel growth marketing strategies, including PPC (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising), Programmatic, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Influencer marketing.

  • Define clear KPIs and forecasts to deliver scalable growth while optimising ROI and CPA targets.

Performance Marketing & Channel Management

  • Own and optimise PPC campaigns (Google & Microsoft).

  • Lead on programmatic and affiliate strategies to boost product visibility and conversion.

  • Manage and improve paid social campaigns across Meta platforms.

Influencer & Partnership Marketing

  • Support and guide the influencer marketing function, ensuring alignment with performance and brand objectives.

  • Contribute to creative partnership strategies that enhance brand storytelling and drive measurable results.

Team Leadership

  • Line manage and mentor a direct report, ensuring delivery excellence across all areas of execution.

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage customer and campaign data to power targeted marketing and retargeting strategies.

  • Monitor performance across all paid channels and produce regular reports with actionable insights on CAC, ROI, LTV, and CPA.

  • Maintain and improve analytics tracking through GA4 and other relevant tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with E-commerce, Creative, Product, and CRM teams to align marketing campaigns with customer journey touchpoints.

  • Support product and brand launches with strategic paid media support.

About You (ideals, not all essential!)

  • 4+ years in a growth or performance marketing role, ideally within D2C or e-commerce environments.

  • Demonstrated success scaling campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, Affiliate, and/or Programmatic.

  • Experience mentoring or managing team members.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and attribution modelling.

  • Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Business Suite, affiliate networks (e.g. Awin), and programmatic tools.

  • Previous experience in influencer marketing and brand partnerships.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance insights and continual improvement.

  • Organised, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

  • A passion for pop culture and gaming is a plus!

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.

  • Flexible hybrid working environment.

  • Staff discounts across product ranges.

  • A vibrant and collaborative workplace where creativity is encouraged.

  • A chance to join a company experiencing rapid growth at the exciting intersection of entertainment and retail.
