Rebellion are looking for a new Lead UI/UX Designer to lead a team of UI Artists and Technical Designers.
As a Lead UI/UX Designer you will design and deliver the live service UX strategy for a co-op strategy shooter game and shape the vision, aesthetic, and implementation of the UI.
You will be involved in building the UX pillars for the game alongside the Lead Game Designer, delivering scope and planning throughout the project, working as part of a multidisciplinary leadership team.

Your responsibilities…
Lead the UI team, design and iterate UX and drive the UI/UX deliverables for the project
Build a UX strategy for a brand-new game, helping to shape the UX vision in collaboration with experts from the Design team
Design integral player experiences and get the joy of implementing and iterating some of those experiences yourself using a visual scripting toolset
Drive the delivery and quality of the UI for the project, mentoring and supporting UI designers, artists, and technical designers
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
Experience designing UX on at least one title
Experience managing a small team through all phases of the project lifecycle
Knowledge of data analysis and history of incorporating user behaviour and feedback into decisions
Portfolio showing experience designing high fidelity UI using industry standard tools, e.g., Adobe XD, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, etc
Able to effectively communicate whilst building long-term, trusting relationships with a wide range of people
Games as a service experience is required for this role and the wider project
