Job description

With multiple high-profile projects in the making and the development of their own IP, Red Kite are looking for an Office Manager to join their Leeds city centre-based team.

Specialising in AAA PC and console games development Red Kite has a proven track record in developing high-quality games for multiple world-class publishing partners such as Sony, Microsoft, Activision, and SEGA.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role within the studio, overseeing day-to-day operations whilst enhancing the overall experience for the team and guests. Reporting to and working closely with the existing Office Manager, you will proactively manage the office facilities, provide administrative support and contribute to a vibrant, award-winning creative environment.

Your responsibilities…
  • Get to know the team on a one-on-one basis and understand their individual needs
  • Maintain and improve the working environment
  • Work with the central facilities team and building management to include all aspects of Health & Safety, Fire Safety, First Aid and statutory inspections
  • Support team wellbeing by organising mental health first aid training and support
  • Working closely with other business areas, including the HR and Talent team
  • Assist the Finance team on various affairs including expense management
  • Welcome and support new starters
  • Book and manage UK and International travel for conferences and events
  • Support the Studio Director and leadership team
  • Support team events including socials, their Summer BBQ & Christmas Party
  • Support the Studio Director with out-of-hours work-related requests and in case of office emergencies
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
  • Proven experience in office management with workforces of 100+ people
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges efficiently
  • Strong communication to interact effectively with diverse teams
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to drive positive change within the studio
  • Resource accountability to manage budgets and supplies
