Job description

At Aardvark Swift we’re driven by games, fuelled by talent, and we’re looking to continue our growth by bringing in Recruiter to join our team.

In this role, you will create a positive impact within our team and the games industry, supporting the growth of the games studios we work alongside. You’ll be sourcing, screening, and placing candidates whilst ensuring you grow a strong talent pipeline. You’ll also be nurturing client relationships and actively pursuing new business opportunities.

This role is primarily office based, with the opportunity to work from home one day a week.

Your day-to-day will include...
  • Building and developing a strong talent pipeline, through effective sourcing methods such as social platforms, networking, headhunting, referrals, and screening of candidates
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships throughout the recruitment process
  • Managing and filling vacancies, ensuring successful outcomes for both candidates and clients
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts effectively
  • Being consistently on track with your weekly KPIs and sales targets
