We are supporting The Gang in their search for a Senior Producer to play a key role in starting up new projects and helping with live ops of their existing games. You will work closely with all the other disciplines and report directly to the upper management of the company.

Your responsibilities…
Manage the release process and future updates
Maintain a roadmap with milestones and report to stakeholders that they’re on track
Help the team break down features into manageable tasks with clear estimates
Understand all disciplines such as art, design, code, and sound enough to know who to delegate tasks to and make sure the right people get relevant feedback
Keep the vision of the game on track, with it being your responsibility that the game has the player’s enjoyability in mind.
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
Involvement within a games team to have released several games
Worked with live ops of at least one title for a long period of time
Enjoy playing games and have a understanding of what makes an enjoyable experience as a player
Team player and can communicate well with all disciplines of game development
Must be based in Portugal or Sweden
Strong English proficiency
