IO Interactive are seeking a Senior Producer with a clear focus on delivering an outstanding game experience to tackle the challenge on their new project that promises to deliver a one-of-a-kind gameplay experience for players.

Your responsibilities…

• Define, plan, and execute milestones in line with the project’s overall game vision set by game management, milestone, and release schedule
• Work closely with the Executive Producer and Senior Producer on the project
• Create, update, and track goals, schedules, and budgets
• Achieve approvals at studio and publisher green light meetings
• Work in close collaboration with People Managers, to ensure the wellbeing of employees and help tailor the project's execution accordingly
• Track and manage issues and risks on an ongoing basis as well as proactively providing associated mitigation and resolution strategies

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…

• Previous working experience as a Senior Producer, with a high level of overall project responsibility, for one or more AAA titles in the games industry
• Deep understanding of the production process and working with technical and creative talent
• Prior experience with and are not afraid to take part in the A-Z project planning and execution, from hands-on to general, high-level overview and planning
• Strong budgeting, controlling, and reporting skills
