We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team that's driven by games and fuelled by talent.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will create a positive impact within the games industry, supporting industry growth by managing the recruitment process for clients and candidates.

Your day-to-day will include…
  • Build and develop a strong talent pipeline, through effective sourcing methods such as social platforms, networking, headhunting, referrals, and screening of candidates
  • Develop and maintain client relationships throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage and fill vacancies, ensuring successful outcomes for both candidates and clients
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts effectively
  • Being consistently on track with your weekly KPIs and sales targets
