We’re collaborating with a company behind one of the world’s top mobile games, as they take their next big step into the Web3 gaming space. They’re working with us to find a Social and Community Lead to help grow and manage their community across various platforms, building strong relationships with players, and promoting their innovative brand.
As Social and Community Lead, you’ll set the tone of the community, drive real engagement, and help scale it from the ground up. The role involves managing everything from social media campaigns to community collaborations with creators and partners. You’ll be the key voice on platforms like X, Discord, and Telegram, sparking conversations, driving discussions, and creating meaningful connections with players.

Your responsibilities will include…

Your responsibilities will include…
- Designing and implementing social media strategies to drive community growth and engagement
- Being the community’s main voice on social platforms, delivering a consistent, fun, and engaging tone
- Building partnerships with creators, influencers, and relevant communities to expand reach
- Leading experiments to scale community programs and track their success
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing, PR, and development teams to ensure community and brand alignment
- 2 or more years’ experience in community management, bonus if this is in games or Web3 spaces
- Active in and passionate about gaming communities, with direct experience in managing social media for brands
- Strong communication skills as you’ll be talking to everyone from players to journalists!
- Experience moderating both online and offline conversations within a gaming community
