Aardvark Swift has paired up with Deep Silver Dambusters in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager to grow the studio’s talent network and proactively source direct candidates.

For 24 years, the studio has been making fantastic games that are renowned by players and offer an immersive, ambitious, and intriguing gaming experience.

Your responsibilities…
  • Qualify opportunities with the Hiring Managers and Studio Head, agree sourcing strategies, and gain final approval to commence each hiring exercise
  • Market roles through direct sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, Twitter, and the studio’s candidate management system
  • Supporting the interview process at all stages, undertake initial candidate screening activities
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
  • Collaborating with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from ‘preferred candidate selected’ to ‘offer and onboarding’
  • Being first point of contact for the recruitment agencies that the studio partners with, ensuring the best rates are negotiated and relevant vacancies are managed appropriately
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
  • Experience in managing the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Experience of using modern Candidate Management Systems and proficient in the use of social media for recruitment purposes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to forge strong working relationships
  • Ability to manage a high workload with conflicting priorities, being focused to see tasks and requisitions through to close with tenacity and pace
  • Educated to degree level or CIPD qualified would be highly desirable
