Job description

Aardvark Swift are working with Plaion to help them find a Territory Community Team Manager. You will play a key part in communicating with local teams, reviewing their strategy, and advising the global team on the learnings and results of each new activation from all territories.

Plaion have published more than 200 games since 2003 under the Deep Silver label and have highlights in the next entries into the Saints Row, TimeSplitters, and Dead Island franchises. The latest games added to their portfolio were Chorus, a dark Space-combat Shooter, and Windbound, the beautiful rogue-like 3rd-person survival adventure.

Your responsibilities… 
  • Communicating and coordinating with all community managers across all supported territories
  • Providing information to and curate reporting from assisting community managers across all supported territories
  • Helping build, manage, and develop a remote team of dedicated territory community managers in Spain, LATAM, and Germany
  • Coordinating activation and content calendars for territory teams in all other supported territories
  • Working with their localisation team to ensure all relevant English material is localised for relevant supported languages 
  • Contributing to developing community & social strategy across the territories with dedicated community management presence
  • Working with the team to ensure consistent communication and coordination with marketing and brand on community objectives and initiatives across all supported territories
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
  • Extensive team management experience including hiring for new teams and creating flexible workflows and processes for team coordination
  • Flexible management style 
  • Prior experience with creating and presenting performance reports for teams of various seniority level
  • Understanding of key community metrics and how to measure success
  • Proven track record of Remote Management and working with regional-specific projects
  • Confident knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Power Point, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Strong communicator, who thrives on sharing, getting, and actioning feedback
  • Ability to adapt  your knowledge and experience to the casual and busy ways of the industry
  • Great at coordinating multiple deliverables
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages being a bonus
