We are working with Outplay Entertainment to hire a passionate Unity Engineer. You will take responsibility for maintaining the quality of the software produced across your team. Collaborate effectively and prevent any obstacles that may get in the way of not achieving set deadlines, and act as a role-model within the business when guiding junior developers.

Your responsibilities…
Write code that is clear, concise, and easily understandable by others, as well as constantly reviewing and improving
Deliver features, improvements, and fixes in line with team standards and practices
Take individual responsibility for small to medium-sized pieces of work through the complete software delivery lifecycle
Help with reviewing and guiding juniors, including onboarding, as required
Maintain and improve high standards of engineering within your project
Expand and improve your software development skills
Collaborate with others to work through difficulties in a pragmatic and timely fashion
Tackle code challenges with a player-focused perspective
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
Strong knowledge of Unity platform and C#
Ability to write performant code
Good understanding of OO principles
Strong understanding of game coding principles and techniques
