We are working with FOCO, a leading manufacturer of sports and entertainment merchandise with a product line that includes apparel, accessories, toys, collectibles, and novelty items, to find an Account Manager to effectively plan and manage the development and implementation of sales strategy across their portfolio of brands and channels.

Your responsibilities…
Provide the a high quality level of account management, customer service, and communication to your designated account base
Be a leader of brand equity, by ensuring all assets stay true to the brand strategy across all customer channels including Wholesale, FOCO, Retail and Ecommerce
Ensure brand guidelines and account terms are adhered to within the business
Translate brand elements in to plans and go-to market strategies
Build company messaging to help drive customer acquisition
Manage customer segmentations to create control and growth
Organise weekly account field visits and plan appointment diary 6 weeks in advance
Present product ranges virtually and in person with prices and MOQ’s, company strategies, and plans to account base
Manage samples, company literature, and property to the highest standard
Communicate regularly with all internal departments such as creative team, QC, purchasing, and finance
Build strong cross functional relationships within the business to ensure a collaborative approach and drive business goals
Provide regular feedback on the market, competitors, new ideas, and concepts and follow these through to generate sales
Investigate and maximise new business opportunities in line with personal and overall business KPI’s
Provide accurate reporting to customers with sales feedback, year on year trends etc
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
3-5+ years’ experience within a comparable industry role
Ability to present yourself in a manner that represents the business when visiting customers
Flexible and prepared to evolve with the changing needs of the company
Ability to look at the pricing of products, identify opportunity, and develop profitability
Provide feedback to product development, pricing, and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
