Digital Sales Manager – Germany (Hybrid/Remote)

Aardvark Swift is proud to be working with a world-renowned game developer and publisher in their search for an experienced Digital Sales Manager to join their German-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic salesperson with a proven track record in account management. If you thrive on building long-term client relationships, enjoy face-to-face interactions and are driven to grow your own client base, this role could be a perfect fit.

What you’ll be doing:

•    Managing the account, commercial, and sales operations of digital accounts.
•    Driving sales of new releases and catalogue titles through a network of German retail customers.
•    Identifying and developing key channel partnerships.
•    Delivering effective presentations for upcoming releases.
•    Collaborating with marketing and PR teams to plan and execute impactful trade marketing campaigns, ensuring market share growth.

What you’ll bring:

•    5+ years of sales experience within the entertainment or gaming industry
•    Strong knowledge of digital sales in video game retail
•    Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
•    Solid commercial acumen with a strong grasp of the German PC gaming market
•    Attention to detail with a clear understanding of distribution and licensing agreements

The studio is English speaking and operates local hybrid or remote working with monthly site visits
