We’re working with a Berlin based mobile studio as they recruit for a Game Content Producer to join their team and work on a genre-leading title.

As a Game Content Producer you will work with the Lead Content Producer, managing production pipelines for various content types, including isometric decorations, characters, scenes, and dialogues.

The studio has formed a diverse, creative and friendly environment and a development team filled with some of the mobile industry’s most talented devs. The studio is known for crafting high quality and engaging, story-driven titles that are enjoyed by a worldwide audience.

Your responsibilities will also include…

• Cultivate team engagement and support well-being and stability along with your Lead

• Facilitate smooth collaboration among artists, designers, engineers, writers, and testers

• Oversee milestone delivery within specified timeframes

• Prioritize tasks to ensure high-quality content

• Identify and mitigate risks related to delivery milestones

• Track project progress and report to stakeholders

• Drive continuous improvement in content creation processes

• Address bottlenecks and enhance delivery efficiency

• Coordinate with external partners (e.g. outsourcing) to achieve studio goals

• Ensure prompt, quality content releases and maintain effective communication

• Strong organizational skills to manage pipelines and meet deadlines

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Monday

• A champion of open communication, empathy, and mutual respect

• Teamwork skills to allow you to coordinate with Artists, Designers, Writers, and other developers

• Effective communicator who can convey ideas and feedback clearly

• Adaptable to handle changing priorities and unexpected challenges

• Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for spotting errors, inconsistencies, and quality issues

• Thorough reviewer of game content

• Able to commute to Berlin or able to relocate with assistance

Nice to have, but not essential…

• Experience in a game development discipline such as Art, Design, Narrative etc.

• Comfortable evaluating art assets like characters, items, scenes for quality and consistency

• An understanding of visual storytelling and game aesthetics

• Love of mobile games and an understanding of F2P mechanics
