Ballistic Moon are on the looking for a Game Designer to help drive the development of their first exciting project.

As a Game Designer at Ballistic Moon, you will be focusing on owning and delivering smaller sections of the gaming experience to final implementational quality.

Your responsibilities…

• Own sections of the game experience and champion them to Producers and the rest of the development team
• Use Unreal Engine 5 to implement existing features to a final quality standard
• Collaborate with the other disciplines to ensure the content meets the project objectives

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…

• 3+ years industry experience in a Design role
• Experience in shipping a AAA 3rd person character game
• Firm knowledge of Unreal Engine, especially working with instanced level actors
• Experience owning design features and delivering them to final quality
• Proficiency in Unreal Editor
• Solid knowledge of game design principles
• Experience in mentoring more junior members of the team
