We’re working with TT Games in the search for a Lead Render Tech Programmer to lead their team of rendering specialists and work on AAA projects.
As a Lead Render Tech Programmer, you and your team will deliver rendering technology and support multiple AAA titles for console and PC. You’ll also mentor and develop your team to deliver top class environments, characters, and in game effects.

Your responsibilities will include…

Your responsibilities will include…
- Lead the team in architecting high quality, performant rendering solutions across consoles and in-house projects
- Collaborate with the Art teams to determine project rendering requirements
- Develop efficient content, workflows and maintain the quality of the codebase
- Communicate and liaise with Tech Leads from other studios within the organization
- Manage a team to deliver actionable tasks and develop the team through recruitment and mentoring
- Industry experience using C++ and strong software engineering skills
- In depth understanding of 3D rendering APIs (DX12, Vulkan, console APIs, etc.)
- Sound knowledge of GPU architecture and function along with how to optimize and debug them
- Experience writing shaders in HLSL, GLSL, CG, or similar
- Possess a passion for real-time computer graphics and have a desire to grow, lead and develop a team of rendering specialists
- The ability to optimize code and algorithms to maximize performance and minimize memory usage
