We’re working with the legendary Konami as they search for a Marketing Assistant to join their Windsor team and assist with the co-ordination of promotional activities for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG and digital titles between the Windsor team and other branches.
As a Marketing Assistant you will support the Marketing Manager with a focus on EMEA activities, consumer events and promotional activities.
Your role and responsibilities will include...
Support on EMEA level promotional activities and implement them in co-ordination with the branches
Support branch-initiated activities in regards of approval and implementation
Support on approval submissions to Japan, ensuring that clear communication and a good relationship is established with all stakeholders and colleagues in Japan and the United States
Co-ordinate KDE-E consumer shows with local branches and implement best practices for all branches
Process DWP approval requests for promotional activities and travel
Liaise with third-party agencies and suppliers on productions, campaigns and influencer marketing
Support on the creation of materials for promotional activities
The skills and experience you'll need...
University degree with business and or marketing focus
At least 2 years working experience in a marketing or brand role
Good user knowledge of MS office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good user knowledge of Adobe CC software applications, preferably Photoshop & InDesign
Good understanding of marketing trends and how they can be leveraged for the Yu-Gi-Oh! brand and products
Great organisational skills and high attention to detail
Great communication skills
Ability to work with a team and provide leadership
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new challenges
Strong knowledge of the TCG and Digital Card Game industry
