We're working with Konami as they recruit for an Official Tournament Store Manager to join their Windsor-based team and support the day-to-day operations of the Organised Play Team.
As the OTS Manager you will highly organised individual with strong communication skills, able to handle all day-to-day operations which fall under the Organised Play teams are of responsibility.
Your role and responsibilities will include...
Function as the driver of day-to-day operations within the European branch Yu-Gi-Oh! Organised Play operations
Collaborate with external agencies and internal communication teams to drive awareness of tournament store locator, marketing programs, and other associated Organised Play activities
Oversee production of branded items for the purpose of tournament prizing, in-store branding, and other similar activities
Coordinate the creation of guides and other materials, supporting stores and players with information on the official tournament platform and associated companion app
Support the development of the official tournament platform and associated companion app, collating feedback and providing to the development team
Support logistical operations, including maintaining a database of information relevant for international shipments
Line management duties, including coordinating day-to-day operations with the team
Communicate current ongoing activities to key stakeholders, including reports of ongoing and completed activities
Oversee creation of support documentation for Organised Play activities and platforms
Manage Qualified Player Lists for competitive Organised Play Programs
Support with other Organised Play tasks as required
The skills and experience you'll bring to the role...
3 or more years working in Organised Play or Project Management
Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously, while working to tight deadlines
Understanding of project management tools and software
Strong competency with MS Suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong knowledge, and enthusiasm for the Gaming industry
Willingness to travel
Ability to work experience in a multicultural environment
