Job description

Aardvark Swift are working with CI Games to help them hire an enthusiastic and pro-active Recruitment Advisor to support the recruitment drive across their busy studios activity as studio experiences exponential growth.

CI Games are busy finding the best talent for their studios across both specialist and volume hiring activity, as well as implementing a new ATS, and reviewing and improving their employer brand.

The Recruitment Advisor role will be central to their recruitment activity and ranges from being a super-admin, managing interview arrangements and on-boarding activities, through to supporting the Hiring Managers on marketing and employer brand with job advertising and enhancing digital visibility.

Your key responsibilities will be...
  • Supporting in the implementation of a new ATS
  • Assisting with the interview scheduling process, working with international time zones and senior stakeholders for video interviews
  • Keeping candidates, agencies and managers fully updated during the recruitment journey, providing professional and timely communication with all contacts both internally and externally
  • Ensuring all recruitment activities are accurately updated and reported on
  • Sourcing candidates, liaising with applicants and agencies, and attending events
  • Increasing connections with career fairs whilst liaising with multiple internal colleagues on immediate, forecasted and ad-hoc requirements

The skills experience you’ll bring to the role...
  • Previous experience in recruitment - preferably in the games industry working with C++ developers
  • Able to work flexibly on both routine and more complex tasks across various projects and time-zones
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Experience at scheduling diaries for a large number of people
  • A methodical approach to work
  • Effective communication and people skills, able to listen carefully and respond appropriately across all levels of seniority

Desirable but non-essential skills…
  • Experience in the games industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Experience in a HR environment
