As a Recruitment Team Lead, you will create a positive impact within the games industry, supporting industry growth whilst leading and developing a team of experienced recruiters within Aardvark Swift. 

We are a highly successful, award-winning recruitment agency based in Rotherham. We have been placing great candidates in their dream jobs for over 30 years, developing a huge network of contacts along the way and evolving alongside the industry we service and the studios and brands we work with.

Your day-to-day will include…

  • Guide and mentor your team, allocating resources and job effectively
  • Drive ownership and accountability through weekly 121’s and team meetings
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle to achieve your personal billing targets
  • Build and develop a strong talent pipeline
  • Focus on new business development activity and secure new clients
  • Relationship development and identification of opportunities within existing clients

You will need to show us that you have…

  • Significant experience within the recruitment sector, extra bonus if it is in a niche market
  • Track record as a successful team manager with the ability to inspire and lead a team, recognising strengths and also areas for development
  • Have a passion for building relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Effective communication skills
  • Effective prioritisation and time management skills
  • Resilience and adaptability
  • Attention to detail
