We’re working with a Scandinavian AAA studio who are looking for a Senior Producer to join the team working on an ambitious new fantasy MMO RPG title for PC and console that’s set to revolutionize the online fantasy RPG genre!

As Senior Producer you’ll pick up the reins and lead your team through key project milestones, drawing on your experience of producing AA and/or AAA titles to keep the project both on track and in line with the overarching project vision.

The studio have assembled a multinational and highly talented development team that like to collaborate in a friendly and welcoming working environment, where the team are encouraged to bring their different experiences and backgrounds to bear within their role in the team.

Your responsibilities will include…

• Define, plan, and execute milestones in line with the overall project vision
• Ensure the project meets the agreed quality benchmarks 
• Create, update, and track goals, schedules, and budgets
• Achieve approvals at studio and publisher green light meetings
• Track and manage issues and risks and provide mitigation and resolution strategies
• Collaborate with People Managers, to ensure the wellbeing of developers and help tailor the project's execution accordingly

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…

• Experience as a Senior Producer on one or more shipped AA or AAA titles
• Strong understanding of the game production process and happy working with both technical and creative developers
• A positive mindset with a collaborative approach to your work
• Comfortable identifying and challenging issues that threaten project delivery
• Experienced with the use of Agile methodologies, data/file management, repositories and relevant project management software such as Jira
