As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for successfully sourcing, screening, and placing candidates whilst ensuring you grow a strong talent pipeline. In addition to this you will help junior recruiters and develop client relationships.
Your day-to-day will include…
Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from hiring to offer management
Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to build a talent pool of candidates
Working with your Team Lead and Recruitment Director to develop business plans for your desk
Mentoring junior members of the recruitment team
Building strong client and candidate relationships
Identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts effectively
Using a variety of sourcing methods such as social platforms, networking, headhunting and referrals
Preparing candidates for their interviews
Obtaining and delivering interview feedback to both clients and candidates
Being consistently on track with your weekly KPIs and sales targets

3+ years’ recruitment experience
