As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for successfully sourcing, screening, and placing candidates whilst ensuring you grow a strong talent pipeline. In addition to this you will help junior recruiters and develop client relationships.

Your day-to-day will include…

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from hiring to offer management

  • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to build a talent pool of candidates

  • Working with your Team Lead and Recruitment Director to develop business plans for your desk

  • Mentoring junior members of the recruitment team

  • Building strong client and candidate relationships

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts effectively

  • Using a variety of sourcing methods such as social platforms, networking, headhunting and referrals

  • Preparing candidates for their interviews

  • Obtaining and delivering interview feedback to both clients and candidates

  • Being consistently on track with your weekly KPIs and sales targets
