We are looking for a Game Economy Designer to join an international dev team who are behind one of the most promising upcoming mobile projects in the Web3 gaming space.
As Game Economy Designer you’ll make a direct impact on millions of players by creating tools that ensure balanced and optimised game economies which result in exciting and captivating gaming experiences that boost player retention and increase revenue.

Your responsibilities...

Your responsibilities...
- Design and manage the player experience from an economic perspective, forecasting player behaviours on both Web2 and Web3 layers
- Develop simulations and predictive models to anticipate the impact of content changes
- Observe individual and overall player balances and craft gameplay loops and determine how players engage with them
- Set prices for the game’s virtual currencies and pinpoint areas where the economy needs adjusting to maximize player engagement, retention, and revenue
- Work closely with Product and Game Design teams to balance and design new features that rectify existing game shortcomings
- 5 or more years' experience in free-to-play game economies and monetization models
- A year or more of Web3 experience and a thorough understanding of the Web3 ecosystem
- Experience in economic modelling and quantitative analysis
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, complemented by a love for gaming
- Problem-solving skills and comfortable handling complex economic challenges
