This role will see you make a positive impact within the games industry, and within our business as you support industry growth by successfully sourcing, screening, and placing candidates whilst ensuring you grow a strong talent pipeline. You will nurture client relationships and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities...
Building and developing a strong talent pipeline and screening candidates
Utilising effective sourcing methods including social platforms, networking, headhunting, referrals
Developing and maintaining client relationships throughout the recruitment process
Managing and filling vacancies, ensuring successful outcomes for both candidates and clients
Identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts effectively
Being consistently on track with your weekly KPIs and sales targets
