Job description

Here at Aardvark Swift, we're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team that's driven by games, fuelled by talent.

This role will see you make a positive impact within the games industry, and within our business as you support industry growth by successfully sourcing, screening, and placing candidates whilst ensuring you grow a strong talent pipeline. You will nurture client relationships and actively pursue new business opportunities.

Your day-to-day will include…
  • Building and developing a strong talent pipeline and screening candidates
  • Utilising effective sourcing methods including social platforms, networking, headhunting, referrals
  • Develop and maintain client relationships throughout the recruitment process 
  • Manage and fill vacancies, ensuring successful outcomes for both candidates and clients 
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts effectively
  • Being consistently on track with your weekly KPIs and sales targets
