The Gang is looking for a Senior Technical Game Designer to create a vision for both new projects and existing titles.

As a Senior Technical Game Designer at The Gang your main role will be to work closely with disciplines to drive and fulfil the vision of their game and to deliver an experience that meets the expectations of the players.

You will be responsible for designing and balancing features, building levels, designing story and quests, onboarding and more. Together with the team you’ll make sure that the project planning and documentation is up to date and through play test and provide feedback to iterate on the games.

In addition, when the studio is co-developing you will be the creative point of contact on such projects.

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…

• 5+ years of games industry experience
• 2 or more shipped games or large updates
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• A strong understanding of technical implementation

Bonus points if you have any of the following…

• Ability to implement code
• Roblox design experience
• Experience making games for audiences aged 5-12 years
• Programming skills (C# or C++, Lua, JavaScript)
