As a Recruitment Consultant, you will create a positive impact within the games industry, supporting industry growth by finding candidates for client vacancies and managing the recruitment process.

Your day-to-day will include...
Building and developing a strong talent pipeline, through the effective sourcing through effective sourcing methods such as social platforms, networking, headhunting, referrals, and screening of candidates
Developing and maintaining client and candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
Managing and filling vacancies, ensuring successful outcome for both clients and candidates
Being consistently on track with your weekly KPIs and sales targets

You will need to show us that you have…
Experience within account management, recruitment, or candidate generation
Proven track record of working to and achieving KPI’s or targets
Good attention to detail
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Effective prioritisation and time management skills
Resilience and adaptability
Value driven mentality
Familiarity with social media and Microsoft Office
