As a Recruitment Consultant, you will create a positive impact within the games industry, supporting industry growth by finding candidates for client vacancies and managing the recruitment process.

We are a highly successful, award-winning recruitment agency based in Rotherham. We have been placing great candidates in their dream jobs for over 30 years, developing a huge network of contacts along the way and evolving alongside the industry we service and the studios and brands we work with. Your day-to-day will include...
  • Building and developing a strong talent pipeline, through the effective sourcing through effective sourcing methods such as social platforms, networking, headhunting, referrals, and screening of candidates
  • Developing and maintaining client and candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
  • Managing and filling vacancies, ensuring successful outcome for both clients and candidates
  • Being consistently on track with your weekly KPIs and sales targets

You will need to show us that you have…
  • Experience within account management, recruitment, or candidate generation
  • Proven track record of working to and achieving KPI’s or targets
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Effective prioritisation and time management skills
  • Resilience and adaptability
  • Value driven mentality
  • Familiarity with social media and Microsoft Office
