You will receive ongoing support and coaching throughout your probation period whilst you learn the market and embed yourself into your new role. As a Recruitment Team Lead, you will support, guide and mentor your team, support the Recruitment Director on recruitment-related activities across the business, and help to drive the business forward as a billing consultant.
Your responsibilities...
Lead daily team meetings
Mentor and advise your team on recruitment related activity
Identifying potential coaching needs within your team
Deliver weekly 1-2-1 sessions with your team members
Hold weekly team meetings and present solutions to any issues to the Recruitment Director
Assist the Recruitment Director with collating data for weekly meetings, setting weekly KPI’s and quarterly objectives for your team
Conduct quarterly performance reviews with your team
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial briefing to offer management
Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build talent pools
Advertise vacancies via social media and industry specific job boards
Manage candidate and client files in the company CRM
